The FORZA Alu80 Hinged Rugby Post range combines the benefits of traditional steel and aluminium rugby goals making them the must have for clubs, schools, colleges and universities worldwide. Available in junior, senior & club match heights (8m, 10m & 13m). The posts are manufactured from ultra-thick, high grade aluminium making them as strong as traditional steel goals. Unlike steel, these aluminium rugby posts will not rust, making them longer lasting and more reliable. Aluminium is also lighter than steel, so the uprights are easier to raise and lower into position, which ideal if you need to do this on a frequent basis on multi-sport pitches. Posts can be lifted by 4x people.

Ground sockets and hinged adaptors are supplied as standard to make erecting/demounting easier to carry out. The Alu80 Rugby goal posts are one of the safest in its field. They are long lasting, require minimal maintenance, easier to raise/lower and suppled in section for ease of transport and storage. Posts comply to World Rugby & Rugby League International Federation Regulations when used with rugby post protectors (sold separately).

Raising & Lowering Rugby Posts: Because of the hinged adapter design, these post can be raised and lowered by hand. For health and safety we strongly advise 4 people carry out this process (2 people per upright). Attentively these post can be lifted and lowered via a grounds vehicle using one of our lifting tools (available to buy separately).  

Rugby Post Protectors: It is mandatory to have rugby post protection pads in place to prevent collision injury with the post’s upright. Rugby Post Lifting Tools: We offer 2 types of post lifting tools to fit a grounds vehicle or tractor (sold separately). One type bolts onto the roll bar of a grounds vehicle, the other type has a 3 point linkage arm that fits onto the tractor. Both tools feature a roller, that the rugby post upright sits on, and a safety strap. The rugby post upright simply moves along this roller when the vehicle/tractor is moving forwards/backwards. Professional Installation: This product requires professionally concreting into the ground and setup via a qualified grounds contractor.

Electric Cables & High Winds: A risk assessment of the installation site should be conducted to ensure no low hanging electrical cables are in the post erection area. In high winds and bad weather, we recommend lowering the rugby posts to prevent damage.
