Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator role:

Net World Sports is a leading on line retailer looking for a keen and enthusiastic Warehouse Operator to join our busy warehouse. You must be conscientious, honest and hardworking as well as able to work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding environment. You’ll be joining one of the fastest growing online retailers of sports equipment so we need someone who is quick to learn and develop as the business grows.

Ensuring all of our orders are picked and packed as efficiently as possible will continue to contribute to the ongoing success of our global distribution. As such, we’re looking for someone adaptable, proactive and able to work under pressure with the greatest attention to detail. What your responsibilities as Warehouse Operator will be:

• Working in our goal packing production line.
• Picking and packing orders with the greatest attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

What you'll need to show us:

• Level of computer literacy sufficient to be able to use computerised order management system. A high standard of work.
• You’re ever professional but have the charisma, energy and interest to establish a rapport with customers, building long-term relationships.
• Able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
• Able to work as part of a team, contributing to a common goal.
• Good communication skills
• You’ve got the confidence to make real time decisions, think on the spot and initiate action.
• Willing to learn with a thinking and 'can do' attitude.
• You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved.
