Available in 3 styles, choose the hot tub thermal blanket for any 2-4-seater, 4-6-seater, or octagonal (swift rigid foam) hot tub, thanks to the covers being universally compatible. The hot tub insulation jacket is manufactured from two layers of insulating, enhanced woven polyethylene (PE), which efficiently traps heat and presents the opportunity for users to achieve up to 40% savings on your hot tub energy bill. One layer contains condensed expanded PE foam and laminated film to capture heat retention, whilst the second layer is insulated with extra pearl foam to ensure heat is not lost. The round hot tub covers boast a tighten strap at the bottom to ensure your thermal spa cover is firmly compressed against the hot tub. As well as trapping heat, the waterproof hot tub insulation jacket also protects your hot tub from UV, strong sun, insects, debris and other elements. Upper zip allows you to tighten/loosen the insulated hot tub winter cover.

Our CosySpa Thermal Covers have been tested to reduce Hot Tub energy usage & costs by 20-40% depending on how they are used and the surrounding hot tub environment. We have seen competitors claim “up to” 50%, but we didn’t find this to be the case when we tested some of them. Please remember that the 20-40% saving is on the energy that the hot tub uses only. Savings are most noticeable in colder weather, but you will see vast savings all year round.
