Do you provide free delivery or will I be charged?

We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping basket before you checkout, so there’ll be no nasty surprises once you’ve confirmed your order.

Can you do Next Day delivery?

Sure we can! If you need your item super-fast, our cut-off time for next day delivery is 9:00pm so we can process your order as quickly as possible. Keep your eyes on the countdown timer at the top of our website to see how long you’ve got to qualify for Next Day delivery. Unfortunately we can’t offer next day delivery on a very limited number of larger items such as Rugby Posts, some of our Aluminium or Steel Football Goals, Crowd Control Barriers, Steel Baseball and Cricket Cages.

When will my order be delivered?

Are you in a hurry?! You can choose from a variety of delivery options to suit your exact needs – 99% of our products are in stock here at our warehouse so they can be dispatched the same day, as long as you confirm your order before 9:00pm.

UK Standard Delivery

Choose this option and you’ll receive your order within 1 to 4 working days, yes even on Saturdays (excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays).

UK Next Day Delivery

Place your order before 9:00pm Monday to Friday and you’ll be guaranteed to receive your order the very next working day, including Saturdays (excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays). Any orders you make after the 9pm cut-off time will take an extra 24 hours to deliver. In addition to Next Day delivery, we also offer a timed option: next day by 12 noon – this premium delivery option will require a signature upon delivery.

Non Mainland UK Delivery

The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other British Islands are excluded from Next Day delivery. Shipping to these areas will normally take 2-6 working days (excludes weekends and public/bank holidays).

Items Excluded from Next Day Delivery

Unfortunately a very limited number of larger products cannot be delivered Next Day, such as: Fixed Ball Stop Systems, Steel Crowd Barriers, Steel Baseball Cages, Aluminium Football Goals, some Steel Football Goals, Hockey Posts, Rugby Posts and Sports Hall Equipment. All other items are held in stock at our warehouse and can be dispatched the same day.

What delivery couriers do you use?

FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce, Tuffnells & Royal Mail are just some of the couriers we use to ship items from our warehouse to your door. Thanks to our great links with all the major hauliers we can call upon an extensive range of couriers, which gives you the widest possible choice of delivery options and enables us to deliver your order in the most cost-effective and timely way.

Can I track my order to monitor its progress?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s winging its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website. You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website.

Will I need to sign to receive my order?

Many of our couriers do require a signature to successfully deliver your order, which is why we recommend (where possible) having your items delivered to a place where you know someone will be in to receive them - whether that’s at your home address, with a trust worthy neighbour or to your place of work. The following couriers will require a signature: FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce & Tuffnells. The following couriers do not require a signature: Royal Mail. You can find out which courier will be delivering your order by checking the tracking links included within your shipping confirmation email. Without a signature, the courier may not be able to successfully deliver your order.

But what if I’m not in when my order is delivered?

We know there’ll be occasions where it won’t be possible for you to sign for your delivery in person. When that happens, our courier will leave a little calling card with clear instructions about how you can either get your package re-delivered or how to collect it from a local depot.

What should I do if my delivery doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to?

Sometimes the best-laid plans don’t quite come together and even if you’ve got a specific delivery time slot there may be occasions where your order is delayed. Using the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email is always a good first port of call as there may be some explanation on the courier’s website. If not, just get in touch with us and we’ll do some investigating for you!

I’ve received the wrong order, what should I do?

Get in touch with our helpful Customer Service team immediately and we’ll get to the bottom of the issue. Ideally if you have your order number at hand that’ll make it quicker and easier for us, but don’t worry if you can’t find it. We’ll happily sort out sending the correct items out to you and advise you on what to do with the goods you’ve received.

Something’s missing from my order, what should I do?

Contact our fantastic Customer Service team and we’ll be able to find out what went wrong with your original delivery, what items you’re missing and send out everything you need to complete your order. How long will delivery take?

All the delivery options and costs will be clearly shown in your shopping basket for you to choose the method you prefer. The majority of our products can be shipped using Standard, Express, Next Day and Timed delivery options. Even with locations or products where Next Day delivery is not available, we can still guarantee all orders are processed the very same day so we can keep your delivery times to the absolute minimum.

Am I likely to be charged any customs or import duties?

If you live in the UK or the wider European Union, there’s no need to worry as you won’t be charged any customs duties or import charges. Our international customers should be aware that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
