If you are not completely happy with your product we have a 14 day returns policy. Please get in touch with us and our helpful customer service team will support with rectifying any issues.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.

Sure we can! If you live in mainland UK and need your item super-fast, our cut-off time for next day delivery is 9pm for most of our items and 2pm for some of our abnormal sized items, this helps us to process your order as quickly as possible. Please check your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately we can’t offer next day delivery on a very limited number of larger items such as Furniture, Rugby Posts, some of our Aluminium or Steel Football Goals, Crowd Control Barriers, Steel Baseball and Cricket Cages.

We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of UK delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product.

Customers who are shipping to countries outside of the UK and European Union should be aware of that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.

Shipping costs can vary for many reasons; per country we deliver to, the product you are purchasing, the website you are browsing and the currency you are shopping in. Due to the ever-changing global situation and frequent price changes across the courier network, in some rare cases, orders shipping to countries outside of the UK may incur a surcharge post-purchase. In this case we will contact you to discuss your order before dispatch. To receive an accurate shipping cost for all international orders please ensure you are shopping on the correct website for your delivery country and contact our Sales team via the Contact Us page.

As we aim to dispatch most orders the same day, we can't guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order, or cancel your order. However, if you do wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 15 minutes so that we can try to support with any amend or cancellation requested.
