Our freestanding hockey goal comes with a strong 3mm green HDPE twine net, which can handle numerous amounts of hard hits from hockey balls.

We have a choice of backboards to add on to your hockey goal package, a 20mm thick MDF backboard or an extra strong 25mm thick PVC backboard, which is perfect for schools where your hockey backboard may have a higher volume of incoming shots. Our superb packages also have the option to add non-puncture wheels to your make your hockey goal portable, so manoeuvrability is made simple! These traditional style goals add a professional touch to your grounds, whether it be on a grass hockey pitch or Astro Turf, these goals are suitable for a variety of pitches. Our socketed goal package contains a pair of long-lasting 50mm steel hockey goals with two tough 3mm nets to complete your goals. Each hockey goal comes with four 460mm ground sockets which must be concreted into the ground for stability. Choose between a practice backboard or regulation backboard depending on what you require.

Our Regulation Aluminium Hockey Goal stands at 12ft wide by 7ft high, meeting official regulation standards to ensure nothing but the best for your hockey team. Whether you’re a professional team, college hockey team, or high school hockey club, these amazing goals are guaranteed to bring the highest quality to every hockey match.

These aluminium hockey goals boast high strength whilst being light in weight, making them perfect for adding wheels on to for maximum manoeuvrability and for creating a mobile hockey goal. Our wheels are manufactured from solid non-puncture rubber, so you don’t have to worry about your wheels giving way. Each aluminium goal post comes with a sturdy net at no extra cost. The 3mm thick twine net is held firmly in place by a heavy duty retaining rod which comes attached to the goal. The free hanging net support system is built in to ensure that your hockey net hangs perfects all season round.

Our Freestanding Self-Weighted Hockey Goal is ideal for both competitive teams playing in tense games as well as hockey clubs training and fine tuning their techniques. It is designed for super-fast set up meaning you can get your hockey goal up and running within no time. The internal hanging net with retaining rod is simple to set up so less time spent setting up means more time playing! The uprights and crossbars are made from 50mm by 70mm reinforced aluminium to ensure a strong and sturdy hockey goal frame.

If you’re looking to give your current hockey goal an overdue refresh, Net World Sports stocks a range of replacement hockey backboards to keep your goal looking its best. Our MDF backboard is 20mm thick, reliable and affordable. For an ultra long lasting backboard, check out our PVC backboard which is 25mm thick. Designed to last at least five years longer than MDF, we recommend the PVC hockey backboards for schools or hockey clubs whose goals will be used heavily.

We also stock replacement hockey goal wheels for when you need to update and change your wheels. Our sturdy wheels are puncture proof, so they can be used on any surface, including grass, concrete and Astro Turf. If you move your hockey goals on a regular basis, then reliable wheels become an essential health and safety feature. Our robust wheels are the perfect choice for replacing faulty wheels, as they are constructed with a microcellular polyurethane tyre to ensure a long service life. These tyres come individually or in a pack of four, and are available to purchase with metal caster brackets to easily attach your wheels to the backboard.
