Can I return an item?

Of course you can. Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.

Do you provide free shipping or will I be charged?

We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can't offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we're able to provide a fantastic selection of delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product.
Customers who are shipping to countries outside of the UK should be aware of that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
Shipping costs can vary for many reasons; per country we deliver to, the product you are purchasing, the website you are browsing and the currency you are shopping in. Due to the ever-changing global situation and frequent price changes across the courier network, in some rare cases, orders shipping to countries outside of the UK may incur a surcharge post-purchase. In this case we will contact you to discuss your order before dispatch. To receive an accurate shipping cost for all international orders please ensure you are shopping on the correct website for your delivery country and contact our Sales team via the Contact page.

Something's missing from my order, what should I do?

Contact our fantastic Customer Service team immediately and we’ll be able to find out what went wrong with your original delivery, what items you’re missing and send out everything you need to complete your order. Please note, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I track my order to monitor it's progress?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s winging its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website. Please note - Royal Mail is currently not a tracked service. If you have any problems tracking your order or wish to provide delivery instructions, please get in contact with our customer service team and we’ll do our best to help. Alternatively, please contact the courier directly.

How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

Once you’ve completed our checkout process, you will automatically be sent an email order confirmation containing all the key details about your purchase, including your unique order number that you should keep handy just in case you need to get in touch with us about anything. Please note that you won’t get any tracking information about your order in this email – you’ll receive a separate message once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
