We're conducting a survey aimed at gaining deeper insights into the current landscape of grassroots football throughout the UK. If you're actively engaged in the game, we want to hear your voice. Your answer will help build a better picture of the on-goings throughout the football pyramid.

"Grassroots football clubs are the cornerstones of local communities and they're often run by hardworking volunteers who generously give up their time each week to facilitate opportunities for people to play and socialise.

At Net World Sports we are passionate about supporting grassroots sports across the UK and as part of that we want football clubs throughout the pyramid to share their thoughts on their club and the sport they love.

To do this we are surveying thousands of clubs across England and Wales to paint a detailed picture of the vast grassroots community and identify where they could benefit from more support.

We are providing a £1,000 prize pool for respondents to redeem on FORZA equipment which will be divided into a top prize with several runners-up. In addition, we'll also be offering discount codes to all respondents."
