Thank you to everyone who completed our grassroots survey. We will endeavor to read and go through all responses. The price draw will be announced very soon, if you would like to remind yourself of the prizes then please see below.

As a thank you for completing the survey, you'll be automatically enrolled in a £1,000 prize pool, courtesy of Net World Sports!
