OFFICIAL GOAL & TRAINING EQUIPMENT PARTNER

Net World Sports is proud to be the Official Goal Post & Training Equipment Partner of Hockey Wales, the national governing body for field hockey in Wales. The partnership, which dates back to 2021, reflects our shared commitment to advancing the sport of hockey at all levels throughout the country, from grassroots development to elite national teams. By providing high-quality training equipment, we aim to support the growth of the sport and help Welsh athletes reach their full potential. 

Hockey Wales is the organisation responsible for overseeing, developing, and promoting field hockey in Wales. As the national governing body, their mission is to grow the sport across the country by offering a range of opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to get involved in hockey. Hockey Wales works closely with clubs, schools, and community groups to provide accessible pathways into the sport, while also managing the Welsh national teams as they compete on the international stage.

The organisation is dedicated to nurturing young talent through its development programmes, providing structured trainign and competition pathways that enable players to progress from local clubs to representing Wales in European and global tournaments. Hockey Wales is also committed to promoting inclusivity and community engagement, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy and excel in the sport.

As part of the multi-year collaboration, Net World Sports has supplied Hockey Wales with a wide range of top-tier training equipment, designed to meet the needs of both elite athletes and grassroot participants. This includes FORZA goal target nets, chipping blocks, balls, bibs, and cones - versatile tools that enhance various aspects of training, from technical skills to tactical drills. 

The partnership has also involved the development of custom FORZA FIH (International Hockey Federation) Championship Hockey Goals, tailored to meet the needs of the sport's highest levels. These goals are built to rigorous FIH standards, offering exceptional durability and performance for elite training and matches. The goals will be installed at the Sport Wales National Centre, a central hub for Welsh sports and the training home of the national hockey teams.
