When it comes to buying a football kit, it can sometimes be quite difficult to decide on what size you will need. Normally, most adult football kit ranges will use the traditional sizing of XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL, whilst kids football kits will often be sized by age (e.g. 5-6, 7-8 years old etc).

These sizes can give you a good idea of what size to buy, but with shirt size measurements varying from one shirt manufacturer to another, it is always worth checking the actual size measurements of kits.

With this in mind, we have created this football kit size guide to provide you with all the size information you need for FORZA football shirts and shorts. We have football kit size charts for men’s, women’s and kids football kits within the guide, and we also explain how to measure shirt and short sizes.

FOOTBALL SHIRT SIZES

Men’s Football Shirt Size Chart

Our men’s FORZA football shirts are available in 6 sizes ranging from XS to XXL. The shirts come in a regular fit which means they offer a relaxed and comfortable fit for players.

Women’s Football Shirt Size Chart

Our women’s FORZA football shirts are available in 5 sizes ranging from XS to XL. As with our men’s shirts, they are regular fit, but the women’s kits have a tailored waistline which is shown in the graphic below.

Kid’s Football Shirt Size Chart

Our kid’s FORZA football shirts are available in 5 sizes ranging from ages 5-6 to 13-14. These size ranges allow us to cover all junior football kit sizes before players move up to wearing smaller size adult kits.

HOW TO MEASURE WHAT SIZE FOOTBALL SHIRT TO ORDER

If you are not sure on what shirt size you need, you can always easily measure this at home using these steps:

1. Take a well fitted t-shirt and place it on a flat surface.
2. Make sure your t-shirt is lying flat and use a tape measure or ruler.
3. Place the tape measure or ruler in the centre of the shirt and measure from the collar to the bottom.
4. You can now use this measurement to see which size will fit best.

Men’s Football Shorts Size Chart

Our men’s FORZA football shorts are tailored to fit a variety of sizes from XS to XXL. Much like the shirts they are a regular and relaxed fit so you can move about comfortably.

Women’s Football Shorts Size Chart

Our women’s FORZA football shirts are available in 5 sizes ranging from XS to XL. As with our men’s shirts, they are regular fit, but the women’s kits have a tailored waistline which is shown in the graphic below.

HOW TO MEASURE WHAT SIZE FOOTBALL SHORTS TO ORDER

For measuring shorts, it is a similar process to measuring shirts except you will need to check the waist and hip of a pair of shorts:

1. Measure the waist by buttoning up the shorts. Lay them flat and measure the waistband from end to end in a straight line.
2. Next you need to measure the hip, which is usually below the zipper, take the measuring tape and pull it from one end of the hip to the other.
3. You can measure the length from the top of the leg opening to the shorts seam.
4. With these measurements you should be confident on which size you would need.

Shirt fit preference

Depending on how you like wearing your football shirts, you may want to size up or size down. If buying shirts for a football club, it’s important to consider that different players will likely be wearing the shirts, so it’s best to go with the option that will be most suitable for the majority of players.

International sizing

Some countries use slightly different sizing rules which can affect which size you should buy. For example, a medium in the UK may be a small in US. The chart below shows how sizes compare between the UK, Europe and the US.
