Large 17kg Anchor Counterweights Made From Galvanised Steel

This 17kg anchor weight is ideal to safely anchor any size portable football goal, hockey goal, cricket cage or team shelter. Our anchor weights for sports shelters and goals are an easy and safe way of shelter and goal anchoring. Each weight is manufactured from galvanised steel and features a handle for easy manoeuvrability.

Each anchor weight weighs 17kg (37.5lbs).
Team shelter weight has a rectangular galvanised steel body.
Steel handle is welded on top on the anchor weight (handbag style).
Can be used indoors and outdoors but must be stored inside when not in use.
Each anchor weight for team shelters is sold individually.

This 17kg anchor weight complies with BS EN safety standards, making it a perfect addition for any sports team looking to safely anchor their portable team shelter, football goals or cricket cages.

This team shelter and goal anchor weight is manufactured from galvanised steel to ensure an incredibly long lifespan, meaning you don’t have to change your anchor weights more than necessary. Each weight has a steel handle welded to the top of the anchor weight for easy manoeuvrability.

Our 17kg team shelter anchor weight is suitable for use indoors and outdoors, so you can place your portable team shelter or sports goal wherever you need it. The steel weight needs to be stored inside when not in use so you can keep your anchor weight at its best.

HOW MANY COUNTERWEIGHTS DO I NEED FOR MY GOAL?

Please find the information below in relation to the amount of counterweights your specific goal sizes will require in order to conform to the current BS EN Safety Standards:

Full size goals (24’ x 8’) – 6 per goal

Youth size goals (21’ x 7’) – 6 per goal

9v9 goals (16’ x 7’) – 5 per goal

Mini football goals (12’ x 6’) – 4 per goal

5-a-side goals (16’ x 4’, 12’ x 4’ & 8’ x 4’) – 3 per goal

Futsal goals (3m x 2m) – 6 per goal

Hockey goals (3.66m x 2.13m) – 8 per goal

Goal To Fence Anchor Chains	Indoor, Hard Court & Artifcal Turf	Wrap the anchor chains around the corner of your freestanding goal, use the snap hooks to attach the rest of the chain to your nearby fence.
