Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?

As we aim to dispatch most orders the same day, we can't guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order, or cancel your order. How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

I would like to pay via an invoice or a purchase order- is this possible?

Thats no problem! We generally find that some schools and clubs prefer to pay via these methods.

    To pay via an invoice a simple email to po@networldsports.com stating the list of products you wish to purchase, your billing and delivery details is all that we require. We are happy to send you across an invoice which can be paid via bank transfer.
      Alternatively, a purchase order can be sent through to us on letter headed paper for payment. Please see our dedicated purchase order page https://www.networldsports.co.uk/purchase-orders for additional information on this option.

Can you gift wrap the items from my order?

Our parcels have quite extensive journeys as they travel across the globe with our various couriers. Sadly, due to this, we do not offer a gift wrap service as our priority is to get the product to you in perfect condition to use.
