As we aim to dispatch most orders the same day, we can't guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order, or cancel your order. However, if you do wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 15 minutes so that we can try to support with any amend or cancellation requested.

We will send an order confirmation email straightaway after you have made your purchase to confirm it has been placed. You will receive a separate email once items have been dispatched, including important information such as your tracking details, allowing you to keep up to date with your order.
